InSoul Living, a newly established furniture brand that is “Chiwi” family-owned and operated. We started small in 2021 from a warehouse based in Auckland, and dreamed big as we aim to run this brand for 100 years. It was all started with a simple reason.
We’re a family-owned business with a simple mission: to bring soulful, high-quality furniture into the homes of Kiwi families.
With over 18 years of experience in the furniture industry, we understand what it takes to create pieces that are both beautiful and enduring.

How It All Started
Our founder, Ivan Li, is an industry veteran who has had the pleasure of working with prestigious brands like IWC, BMW, and Fragomen Law Firm. When he and his family moved to New Zealand from China, he brought his expertise and passion for furniture along with him.
As his family settled into a new rhythm, Ivan found himself facing a familiar dilemma – the challenge of finding furniture that truly resonated with the Kiwi lifestyle and values. Here, homes are shared with families, friends, and neighbours, making each piece of furniture an essential part of everyday life and special moments.
And so, in 2021, IronVan was born.
Imagine the clean lines of a Scandinavian TV unit where you can cheer on your favourite sports teams, the serene elegance of a Japanese-inspired bedframe to greet the first light of day, or the simple beauty of a Nordic kitchen cabinet holding all your dinnerware.
Ivan’s goal was to create stunning collections of timeless furniture that Kiwis would love having in their homes. Fast forward several years, and countless coffee tables, later, and it’s safe to say he’s delivered.
