1.Where is IRONVAN and where do you ship to?
Ironvan is a warehouse based online furniture shop. Our warehouse is located in Auckland at Unit 8, 9 Chonny Crescent, Manukau City, Auckland with a small showroom inside the warehouse. We currently work with Straitnz and NZ post to ship nationwide.
For Auckland region, we use various moving companies to accommodate delivery requirements.
2.Can I visit your showroom and when?
You are more than welcomed to visit our showroom. Our showroom hours are Mon-Sat 10am to 4:00pm.
We have a compact showroom, so items are being displayed in turn. In this case, we strongly suggest you notify us before your visit, so we can make sure the items you’re interested in will be ready before your visit.

3.How do I find out shipping charge/delivery cost?
We have set up shipping charges for common regions in our system.
Once you proceed to checkout, please fill in the correct region and postcode to see available shipping options for your area.
4.What if my area has no shipping option available?
Congratulations! That means you might be the 1st person buying furniture from IRONVAN from your area.
Please fill out your address details with the correct region and postcode and place the order with us.
We will then get a shipping quote from Straitnz and update your order, sending it to you via email.
5.What if I find shipping cost is too expensive?
IRONVAN endeavors to keep shipping costs at the lowest for our clients.
Whenever possible, we encourage clients to pick up items from our warehouse free of charge.
However, this might not be practicable for clients outside of Auckland, so we will normally seek quotes from 2-3 freight companies and choose the lowest one. This applies to any shipping cost that goes above $300.
Once the shipping charge is updated in the order, the client has 24 hours to make an offline bank transfer or online card payment. Any order that is not paid within 24 hours will be automatically canceled by the system.
6.How long does it take to get my order delivered?
Once the order is received by IRONVAN, it will take up to 72 hours to process the order, depending on the size of the items. This processing time includes an open-and-check procedure conducted before your order is dispatched from our warehouse. For delivery to regions outside of Auckland, it usually takes 2-3 days. If you require delivery on a certain date, we will try our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee it due to the availability of 3rd party delivery partners. For more details, please refer to our pick up & delivery information. Regarding Auckland delivery, we will contact you once your order is ready for delivery.
7.Does IRONVAN do customized furniture?
Yes, we totally understand that you may want something unique for your space, and it might not be available among our existing products.
Please feel free to contact us at 09 600 3477 or info@ironvan.co.nz if you would like to customize any of our existing products, including upholstery color, frame color, or size.
Based on previous experiences, the lead time for customized furniture will roughly take 8-12 weeks. However, please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame due to production capacity at the manufacturer and sea shipping time.
8.Where does IRONVAN’s furniture made?
We have our 20-year experienced manufacturer located all over China.
The materials used for our furniture are imported from North America or New Zealand itself.
They are carefully selected and crafted into beautiful pieces of furniture. Check out our product DNA to find out what IRONVAN’s furniture is made from.
9.Why there is no Afterpay option for anything over $2000?
According to the Afterpay merchant policy, there is a limit of NZD$2000 for the amount that can be paid in interest-free installments.
