At InSoul Living, we aim to provide a smooth and efficient pickup experience for our customers. Please refer to the following guidelines when collecting your order:
1. Pickup in Store
Orders can be collected from our store located at:

2. Parking for Pickup
For your convenience, please park at the loading zone outside the Pakuranga Mall entrance when collecting your order.
3. Order Processing Time
All pickup orders will be processed within 2 to 3 business days following confirmation of payment.
4. Notification of Completion
You will be notified via email, text message, or phone call once your order is ready for collection. Please ensure your contact details are up to date when placing your order.
5. Pickup Window
Once your pickup time is confirmed, we kindly ask that you collect your order within 3 days. Due to limited storage space, we are unable to hold orders beyond this timeframe. If the order is not collected within 3 days, it will be returned to our warehouse and a new pickup arrangement will need to be scheduled.

Our full-service Delivery, Assembly, and Package Removal is available exclusively within the Auckland region. Delivery costs vary depending on the service type selected. To check the delivery fee for your order, simply enter your postcode on the product page or at checkout.

Nationwide deliveries are carried out by a range of reputable freight partners, including Mainfreight, StraitNZ, NZ Post, Manga Freight, and other logistics providers. We reserve the right to select or change the carrier based on service quality, availability, and cost considerations.
North Island: 5–7 business days upon dispatch from Auckland warehouse
Please note that delivery may take longer during peak periods or for remote areas.
Home Delivery – drop-off to your designated residential address.
Depot Collection – collect your order from the freight carrier’s local depot in your region.
Delivery options and costs will be shown at checkout, where available.
Nationwide delivery is drop-off only, to the ground-level entrance of your property.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the order.
If you choose to have the delivery left unattended without a signature, we are unable to accept any claims or disputes related to the condition of the goods, as there will be no verification of their state at the time of delivery.
Furniture items are often large and heavy. For safety reasons, we strongly recommend that you arrange for at least two people to assist with moving the items upon arrival.
Take clear photos of the packaging and any visible damage.
Notify us via email at info@ironvan.co.nz within 48 hours of delivery.
Keep the original packaging intact during this period, as it may be required for assessment or return procedures.
Please note that if a claim is made after the 48-hour window, we may not be able to accept the damage claim, as the condition of the goods at the time of delivery can no longer be verified.
