By placing a pre-order with InSoul Living under our Pre-Order and Reward Plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Cooling-Off Period
Customers are entitled to a cooling-off period of 3 calendar days from the date of order placement. During this time, you may request to cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund, no questions asked.
2. Post-Cooling-Off Cancellations
After the 3-day cooling-off period, all pre-orders are considered final and non-refundable. This includes cancellations due to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size measurements
- Colour expectations based on screen differences (e.g., white appearing as off-white due to monitor variations)
We strongly recommend customers review all product specifications carefully before confirming a pre-order, and to contact us with any questions or clarification needs prior to purchase.
3. Product Quality and Damage
If your item arrives with structural damage or visible defects (e.g., ripped upholstery, cracked frame), we will work with you to provide a suitable solution such as replacement or repair. Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
4. Store Lay-by Option
We accept Store Lay-by for eligible pre-order items. Please contact us to set up your plan. The full payment must be completed before the Order Ready date. Unpaid orders may be cancelled.
