Solid Wood Frame – 5 Years

All solid wood frames are covered by a 5-year warranty, protecting against manufacturing defects such as warping, cracking, or joint separation when used in a residential setting.

Stone Top Surfaces – 10 Years

Our sintered stone tops come with a 10-year warranty, covering issues such as cracking (not caused by impact), delamination, or other material defects under normal household use.

Upholstery – 1 Years

We offer a 1-year warranty on all upholstered items, covering faults in materials and workmanship, including seam separation, pilling, and fabric deterioration under typical indoor use.

Important Notes:

• Warranties apply only to items used in residential settings under normal conditions.

• They do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, impact, improper cleaning, or unauthorised modifications.

• Claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the issue within the warranty period.

• InSoul Living reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion, depending on the nature of the claim.
